Butcher arrives at Cure Putters with a strong background in both sales and management in the golf industry. He began his extensive and diverse golf career in 2002 and has held several positions including Head Golf Professional, Director of Marketing & Membership and Store Manager for a major golf retailer. He began his sales career in 2009 with Cleveland Golf and has been one of the top sales reps for Cobra Puma Golf for the past 3 years.
In his new role, Butcher will lead Cure Putter’s sales team utilizing his vast industry experience and knowledge. “It’s pretty rare to find someone who’s had experience on both sides of the sales equation,” said CEO of Cure Putters, Jim McCarthy. “Tommy’s been on the decision making side, as a former retail buyer, and has also had a very successful sales career, so he brings a very unique perspective to his new position as National Sales Manager.
